When you connect a group with /group, Telegram adds the bot as an admin with the Manage Chat right. The bot uses it to check that whoever changes the settings is a group admin. It doesn't need rights to delete messages, pin or ban.

Group leaderboards show prediction accuracy for all members of that specific group. They run weekly (Monday-Sunday), and points are based on prediction accuracy. Only members who made predictions appear. Leaderboards reset weekly, but historical data is tracked.

Absolutely! The bot works in unlimited groups. Each group has its own subscription list (1 team for free, up to 50 with Community Premium), prediction leaderboards, social proof stats, and independent settings. Your personal subscriptions are separate from group subscriptions.

You pick the teams, leagues and single matches to cover, and in Notification Settings which events get posted: match start/end, goals, red cards, bookings, substitutions, 2-hour reminders, video highlights, the daily top matches digest and silent mode. Points are awarded based on accuracy:
4 points: Exact score match (e.g., predicted 2-1, result 2-1)
3 points: Correct winner + correct goal difference
2 points: Correct result only (winner or draw)
0 points: Wrong prediction
+1 streak bonus: when you also got the result right in your previous prediction

Leaderboards rank users by total weekly points. On a tie, whoever needed fewer predictions ranks higher, then whoever predicted first.

Predictions close 5 minutes before kick-off, and you can change yours any time until then. Match reminders arrive 2 hours before kick-off with one-tap score buttons, so you can predict without leaving the chat.

Yes! Open the mini app and tap 🎯 Predictions to see all your past predictions, points earned per prediction, accuracy stats, best weeks, and current streak. Your full history is free.

We don't give betting tips, but we help you make up your own mind. The biggest matches get an AI preview with form, key players and what to watch for. The Match Prediction card shows each team's win chances and a head-to-head comparison: one match a month is free, unlimited with Premium. The prediction game is about your own guesses, against your friends and other fans.

3. In the "Event Notifications" section, toggle each type: Match start / end, Goals, Bookings, Red Cards, Substitutions, Advance reminders (2 hours before kick-off), Video highlights and Top games (a daily digest of the day's biggest matches)
4. Changes apply immediately. Turn on Silent mode and notifications arrive without a sound.

Players you follow send their own alerts: line-up, goals, assists, substitutions and their rating at full time.

It also unlocks the Match Prediction card for every match, lets you open any day in the match calendar without limits, and removes ads. It costs 100 Telegram Stars a month, and the first 7 days are free when you join @footylivebot_channel.

For groups: Community Premium unlocks additional team and league subscriptions plus full notification customization. Plans scale with your group size, starting at 50 Telegram Stars/month. Any admin can upgrade directly from the bot.

You can also send /premium to the bot. Premium activates immediately. You can cancel anytime through Telegram's subscription management.

We collect only what's necessary: Telegram user ID, name, team subscriptions, prediction data, language preference, and group membership.

We don't store the text of your messages, in your groups or in your chat with the bot. The only exceptions are messages you send us on purpose with /feedback or /paysupport, and the search words you type after the bot's name in inline mode.

We never ask for contact lists or precise location — your region is detected from your IP address only.

Global leaderboards show first name or username only. Personal predictions are only visible to you until the match starts.
